"This State Farm office is not to be believed! I called about my wreck which occurred in another county. Not only did the tow truck arrive before I left the scene, I had received 4 texts and a phone call from State Farm with the claim number and information before I woke up the next morning. And talk about taking the “Good Neighbor” seriously? Allison actually babysat my kids while my husband drove to pick me up. I had been Christmas shopping and had all their presents! The only way this could have been easier would have been if Jake from State Farm had a Time Machine to go back and prevent the accident.
